1) Who is Happiness Chan?
Happiness Chan is a little lost plush girl on a big adventure! She travels the "great out there" to find the meaning of happiness. Along the way, she makes new friends and helps them find their own little piece of happiness!

No. Happiness Chan originates out of Singapore. It was launched online in mid-2005, with an English website filled with online stories and games!

7) How long will it take for the toys to reach me?
It varies depending on the location and bulk of the items ordered, but a safe estimate would be between 10-20 working days. If you have waited longer than that and still have not received your items, please contact us!

8) Do you ship to my country?
We do our best to ship worldwide! However, there are some places that our postal services are unable to access. If that is the case, you will receive a full refund of your order, with our sincere apologies.

9) How can I pay you?
We currently accept secure payments through Paypal, which also includes major credit cards. You DO NOT require a Paypal account.

11) What shipping method do you use?
We utilize our local postal service - SingPost. Singapore has an advanced postal system with a great track record for timely deliveries!

12) Will my items be insured and tracked?
We are unable to offer tracking or insurance via the default method of delivery. However, all our items are mailed with delivery confirmation.

All payments are handled by Paypal, a reputable online payments company that has had a long history with Ebay.com.

14) I wish to use a more secure / faster form of shipment.
We are able to provide courier deliveries via Singpost and Fedex. Please email us BEFORE placing your order, and we will revert with a shipping quote. Note that default shipping charges will no longer apply.

15) Do the prices include tax?
We do not charge tax. Your final order will be the total of our listed prices plus your shipping fees. We are not responsible for any taxes or custom duties that may arise on your end.

16) I cannot access my shopping cart! It doesn't remember me!
Our Paypal shopping cart is only a temporary mechanism that will only "remember" your order for a certain period of time. The information is gone when your internet browser clears its cached files.

17) I made a mistake in my order!
Please email us immediately with your order number, and the details that you would like to change. If the item(s) has not yet been sent out we will do our best to make amendments. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any additional charges that arise from refunds or payment complications from changes in orders.

18) The shopping cart doesn't update / nothing happens when I click the "Add to Cart" button.
Your internet connection may be unstable, or the Paypal website may be experiencing downtime. Please try again in a while.

19) What is your returns policy?
We will honour an exchange of items if they are defective when delivered.

20) I received a defective / wrong item. How can I get a refund/exchange?
Items that were received in defective condition can be exchanged 1:1 for the same item*. Exchanges must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery.

There are 2 ways to get a defective item replaced.

a) Return the damaged item to us. Please note that we will not cover the cost of mailing the item back. Remember to include your order number with the item. A replacement will be mailed out at no additional charge.

b) Email us a digital photograph of the damaged item, from at least 3 angles. If we are able to concur that the damages did arise from manufacturing defects, a replacement will be mailed out at no additional charge. Pictures that are too blurry and unclear, or that have been digitally manipulated may be rejected.

*If the item is no longer in stock, the buyer may choose to receive either a refund of the item's price, or another item of equal value. We do not issue refunds otherwise.

21) How long will it take to get the return done?
Once we have received the evidence of a defect as mentioned in 20a) and 20b), we will send out a replacement using our default postal service. Please refer to Question 7) for more.
